Heat Regenerated Absorption Dryers RED-R Series

Heat regenerated adsorption dryers RED-R are designed for continuous separation of water vapor from compressed air, thereby reducing the pressure dew point. The dryer consists of two columns operating in opposition to each other. Adsorption occurs under pressure in the first column while the second column regenerates with heated ambient or purge air. The dryer contains two columns filled with desiccant beads, a blower, heater, and controller with LCD screen, valves, manometers, bottom support. The proven and tested design enables economical and efficient operation, quick installation, and simple maintenance.
