EnergAir Metacentre System

EnergAir Metacentre XC is a specialized microprocessor system designed to control a group of active compressors (up to 24 compressors) implemented in a compressed air systems network. The control system allows control and management of pressure through predefined and adjustable parameters at any given time in the compressed air systems network.

Compressor control systems are installed in factories in the following business sectors: chemicals, mining, metals, construction and more.

- Connection, control and management of 2 to 24 screw compressors regardless of model. - Maintenance of constant pressure at a specific point in the compressed air network with accuracy up to 0.2 bar - Technology allowing control and creation of up to 6 different groups, with different control and regulation strategy on site for each group. - Control timer allowing more precise initialization of the pressure parameter, according to time. - Smart system on system pressure with flexibility to change pressure parameter at any given moment. - Control of power consumption and routing through modern efficiency systems including control of compressors during operation. - Possibility of control over auxiliary equipment. Smart system for controlling a pair or more compressors equipped with frequency converter - possibility and flexibility in equipment location in different areas, even far from compressor location and thereby increase control together and separately - remote control including maintenance of pressure in automatic mode - remote expansion of input/output to regulate auxiliary equipment operation - automation of virtual relay - possibility of adding pressure sensor to increase system reliability through control of pressure change, during air cleaning and through connection of flow meter sensor.
